To benefit from the crossgrade deal you have to be the owner of a Kontakt Player version. For the most part, these cost money, but there are exceptions that free of charge. For example, Embertone offers the Arcane library for free which is a Kontakt Player library. Grab the library, then download Native Access from Native Instruments website if you haven’t already.
Once installed, you need to add the Embertone Arcane serial number in the Native Access software. If this is done, the crossgrade offer will be available for you. But make sure you’re still logged into the Native Instruments site.
